Another Lightning Fast Arrest

I am not at liberty to say which Lightning 100 employee was recently incarcerated, but I can give you some ideas. It is quite possible that Lt. Dan's army recorded finally caught up to him. Lt. Dan's job at Lightning 100 might of compromised his position while hiding from the government. Laurel might of been arrested for chaining herself to a tree they were trying to cut down to put in a highway. There is a chance Justin was caught recording local shows and selling them on the internet under the codename "The Lightning Quick Bootlegger". Don't worry, no one really got arrested at Lightning 100.
